Tanya Mollova,
Vice President Underwriting

Ms. Mollova is responsible for overseeing the underwriting and closing of all transactions. Her duties include performing due diligence analysis and managing the closing process. Ms. Mollova has five years of experience in Structured Finance. Prior to joining CHC, Ms. Mollova was an Associate Director at Fitch Ratings where she analyzed credit characteristics of loan and bond structures in the context of CMBS transactions. Prior to joining Fitch Ratings, Ms. Mollova was an analyst at Societe Generale where she evaluated credit risk and participated in new product development. Ms. Mollova also interned at Potomac Asset Management where she conducted economic and statistical research. Ms. Mollova has a BA in Economics from St. Lawrence University and is currently attending NYU Real Estate Finance program.
