Equity Program

ZHC III

Contemporary Healthcare Capital offers creative equity structures for the acquisition,refinancing, construction, working capital and recapitalization to long-term care, senior housing and healthcare service providers.

Equity Size: $1MM to $10MM+
Coupon: Preferred coupon between 8%-10% (can be accrued)
Pricing: Competitive rates and fees
Redemption: Investees are allowed to optionally redeem the equity interest of the Fund at a
pre-established IRR prior to the fifth year of the investment.

Location: United States
Other Terms: No control as long as company is not in default with its lenders.
