 PORTFOLIO ANALYST
DESCRIPTION:
CHC is currently seeking a PORTFOLIO ANALYST to join our Investment Underwriting Department. The PORTFOLIO ANALYST will monitor our existing portfolio of loans and investments on a monthly basis. The ideal candidate is detail oriented with exceptional quantitative and analytical skills. A BA/BS in math, economics, finance or accounting and strong EXCEL spreadsheet modeling skills are required. Background in healthcare investment, commercial real estate or structured finance is highly recommended.

JOB DUTIES:
- Work closely with our borrowers, originators, underwriters and other financial analysts to monitor the Fund’s loans and investments on a monthly basis.
- Analyze income statements, balance sheets and other financial reports submitted by borrowers to determine if loans and investments are in compliance with covenants.
- Prepare monthly surveillance reports for each Fund under management.
- Assist in the preparation of semi-annual valuation reports.
